The last of the Trilogy. I'd have to say these are quite a bit better than the Star Wars latest installments. Granted the final Star Wars one has not come out yet, but still. The Lord of the Rings seems to do more character development and better story telling (granted, you kind of already know the characters in the Star Wars ones so some of the suspense is gone). The Star Wars movies just seem like a show case for special effects.. I dunno. :)
I've actually had this Special Extended Edition DVD for a long time as part of the trilogy set. Just now got around to adding it. I don't have the normal DVDs any longer. I think I gave those to my parents. Anyway, excellent movie.
